Second line - very possible except for the dreamworld bullshit. I've always thought that whenever Maribel sleeps Yukari is awake and whenever Maribel is awake Yukari is sleeping. The correlation works.

Third - It's never said that Tenshi is stronger than Yukari. Tenshi's only big ability is casting bigass spells of death and destruction and even then she could never do it on the scale the dragons could way back when.
