How hard is the queen of rude compared to the other Extra bosses? I'm just on the cusp of beating Ran for the first time.

If you can beat Ran then she won't pose much of a problem. The difficulty is only slightly harder.

Honestly, not so bad. She's probably one of the easier Extra bosses, after Suwako and Mokou.
I hate Koishi and Nue's stages, and Flandre is a fucking shitfest.

The only spell cards that might give you any trouble are Bewitching Butterfly Living in the Zen Temple and Danmaku Bounded Field. It's pretty much impossible to do these two without planning.
