I'm 182 cm (almost 6'), and weigh around 64~66 kg (143~146 lbs), and I am moderately fit from walking about 5 km a day to and from classes and taking the stairs (about 3 ups 3 downs) to my 7th floor res room rather than using the elevator. As it was my first time purchasing a girl's clothes yesterday, I had no idea how the sizes worked, so I had to ask a store clerk about it. I then found out that apparently I'm a size 6~8 with my 30" waist. Surprisingly, the size 8 jeans I was looking at were of the correct length (although on retrospect, I should have opted for the 6's since the buttocks area is a bit loose). As for the tops, the measurement around my chest just below the armpits is 94 cm (37") and the large sized shirt fits me loosely around the waist and tighter around the shoulders.
