I really enjoyed 999, its worth playing it until you get all the endings. I also like Time Hollow, it was fun. I'll have to play Ghost Trick.

God, just having read umineko doesn't mean you have to compare it with any game related with detectives/mystery/investigations/supernatural. Plus Umineko and ghost trick have not any common point except the "genre".
Also, even though you mentioned umineko and Ghost Trick is awesome, it's still not /jp/-related.
