On the surface, it just looks like innocent unemployment statistics, but in reality they're trying to brainwash us into thinking that being a NEET is sad and that the only way to be happy is to be a part of the workforce, by bombarding us with picture of NEETs looking sad.

It's a pretty common strategy to appeal to a man's sense of manly pride, which is pretty fucked when you think about it. Basically, you are basically treated as the superior gender in that you get much more responsibilities and people have much more expectations of you, but you get none of the advantages, and people refuse to acknowledge you as being more important than women, hell, some see women as more important overall. We get the short end of the stick both ways. We get insulted when we don't act manly enough, but never complimented when we do act manly, because then we're suddenly trying to associate male-specific traits with something positive, which apparently is sexist.

Well, speaking in terms of society, men are the main taxpayers (being the primary wage earners and working in essential fields like transport and resources), and women are largely the main tax consumers. It is vital that as many men as possible be made to work in order to pay for governmental services and governmental jobs.

Somewhere along the way, society forgot to reward men for that hard work, and replaced reward with shaming if you didn't participate.

It wouldn't be so bad to have to be the main source of income in your family if the rest of your family actually respected you for it, and you had an obedient housewife who cooked and cleaned for you. But women just get more and more bitchy, providing less and less incentive to provide for them. They get the best of both worlds. It's no wonder so many people fantasize about being a girl.

Essentially, "...70-80% of all government spending is a transfer of wealth from men to women in some form or the other. Entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare are mostly financed by taxes paid by men, but are mostly consumed by women."

>> No.6957768

in the old days it was the rich who had the luxury of not working, but now that privilege belongs mostly to the worst off in society. now it's the richest who are the most enslaved to wealth, as though constant work is part of their morality and a measure of their worth as a person.

In Canada, for example, more women are employed than men. In the USA, the female workforce is expected to overtake the male soon.
