Each race is only one gender. The girls have discovered how to breed through magic (or science for a more modern setting) so there are no males. The monsters on the other hand, lost all their women to a fatal virus that only affected the females of the species. So, the monsters must invade the girls' world to mate or their species will die

To people who actually expect game in Kabod:
The game has nothing. Like, absolutely.
You can fiddle around watching your armor break, but thats all. Actually, only torso part matters and a bit later it will shatter in a minute time worth, so either you will run to the town all the time, or dont give a fuck and fight naked.
The main game problem is that its incomplete, like some school project. You could see how shallow it is. They have barely made their own korean site work, and then they launched english one instantly.

argo should be out in february, nation vs nation wars and gender locked classes. Not completely downright awful customization, some class has heterochromia, for example. On the other hand, awful unoptimized graphic engine and wow-like gameplay.

metal assault looks like metal slug with multiplayer. Of course its much worse, but still it was playable in korea.

In spring, Tera beta testing should appear as well.
If you really bored, you could search internet for Lime odyssey, it looks like RO/aion crossover, but will be out in english world only around summer.

A Madoka MMORPG would actually make sense. We'd run around letting familiars kill enough people to level up and become witches, and then we'd farm them for grief seeds since there's no way to recover MP. But I don't think there'd be many players, since in order to sign up you'd have to forfeit your soul and have it jammed into your MMO account in exchange for a wish. If you don't login into Madoka Online for 24 hours, your body goes inert until someone else logs into the game for you. When questioned about this, GMs will merely retort that it's a survival mechanism and act surprised why anyone would take offense to that.

i played S4 league on Alaplaya, the beta was fine until the cash shop came out after the ending of the beta, every month alaplaya do a patch but the patch is 90% of time about cash shop, every shitty players paid for this and claims to be great players, people buying stuff with real money can kill you with 2-3 shot without being skilled in game, the game is unplayable for years and the community is full of 10 years old kids crying when you kill them "omg stop killing me you noob" "you attacked me from behind you are such a pussy" "you cheat"

Uh, that's oversimplifying things a lot.
Cash shop at first was entirely fine, the advantage wasn't that bad, and you could get pretty much identical equipment in game with enough grinding.
But later they got greedy and introduced premium cash equipment with higher stats, which was pretty bad, and Force Pack weapons, which granted ridiculous bonuses to most stats - at that point the balance was completely broken, and you started needing a LOT of skill to compensate.
At the same time they ignored overburdened servers and tons of hacking problems. Some known bugs took months to fix.
99% of new events are targeted at selling even more cash shop stuff. Official tournaments are unwinnable without cash shop equipment.
Oh, and everybody playing it has a gigantic ego, like:

which is laughably untrue, unless he plays only rookie channel, or carefully avoids those of good players who still play pubs.
There are good players, and none of them would complain about people without skill killing them in "2-3 shots" when they aren't using premium. Yeah, I've seen some of the top tier players who still play carry a team to winning, without using any cash shop stuff, against a team filled with people who do.
Game's hardly casual, because there is a huge difference between the general playerbase and people who are actually good. And that's one of the few things that still make me play it once in a while.
But I wouldn't recommend anyone starting to play it, precisely because Alaplaya is such a horrible host.

Its a lot more true than you think, the sheer number of kids with their parent's credit card is outstanding.
Honestly, when it takes 10+ critical shots to kill them and two to three normal stray bullets will kill you? Just because they shelled out $60 for +14 (last I played the highest was +14) attack and 20-something defense. +10% movement speed +20% reload speed and a whole bunch of other crazy shit?

Even I can easily outplay actual baddies who are just decked in premium and FPs, on random alts where I only have pen equipment(since I got a bit of free event stuff/fumbi equipment on my main).
And I'm hardly a top tier player.
And if you can't even differentiate between a bad player using premium and a good one(since most of the good ones use it to be competitive against other good players in clan wars/tournaments) then maybe you're not as good of a player as your ego tells you.
By the way, +0(and you can get up to +4 with pen, up to +11 with fumbi without paying anything) smgs need 5 crits to kill someone with full FPs/Premium, 6 if they're using HP+.
Not "10+".
And +15 smgs still need 3 crits(not random stray shots) to kill someone with no equipment.
So for me it looks like you're just bad and trying to blame it on people paying cash, instead of your own lack of skill.
The difference is still big, but it's not impossible to compensate for it if you actually know what you're doing, and the other player is ACTUALLY worse then you.
I've seen tons of people who think they're the greatest coming up with excuses as to why they got killed - be it lag, cash shop equipment, or "unfair" weapons(cs comes to mind), when the truth is that they're just not as good as they'd like to think.

i was really serious and not egoist at all, i just saw maybe one or two good players who were able to defeat me in all my time on S4

yes it wasn't for me, i prefer the bombing run match from unreal tournament 2K4, touchdown match weren't really interesting because it was always about ST-2, counter sword spam and anchor skill, i got bored after a week and stopped, DM on the other side was easy to play, seeing people crying was fun at first but it was boring after, if you were good with FPS you practically rape everyone in S4, after a while i stopped S4 and played unreal tournament 2K4 again, at least i was sure to find good players

TD is pretty much the only mode that has any semblance of high-level gameplay in s4.
And if you played enough to learn anything, you'd understand that CS spam is easy to counter, anchor is easy to stop(I mean, if you use it you spend 2 seconds in midair, not able to move - if an entire team can't kill a static target in that time, it's only their fault, anchor is nigh-nonexistent in tournament matches because it's so easy to stop), and no one forces you to play St-2.
Avoiding the only game mode that people play seriously and then complaining you don't meet good players is pretty damn silly, if you ask me.

on of my friends got a korean pass form a korean guy in facbook buck in korean open beta and i played a bit too but not close to end game level. I love mmorpgs and never juge any before playing, i got endgame in aion and in lineage 2 and i got to say aion gets boring really fast after end game but i play lineage 2 for about 4 years and i expect no less from their creators.
Open world,serious mass pvp for guilds on politics system and so on, it left me with a really good impression now we w8 and see how good it realy is

The faces in Tera have presets, which those girls probably all use, but they also have nearly as many sliders as something like Oblivion. Some of the default faces are absolutely atrocious, but just a few moments with the sliders let me get a face that was acceptable to me, and you could surely do much better if you knew what the sliders did and had time.

Also, the game is quite pretty indeed, but no AA I guess because UT3 engine or something. It ran pretty well on my aged computer, given that it defaulted to max everything.

I can't wait to try it in English so that I actually understand what's going on, and can figure out my way into dungeons or PvP.

I played the TERA open beta for a bit until I got banned. 3 of my friends and me each bought an account for $5.
I like the idea behind the system, it could be much more fun than click to target.
However it needs time for sure. It was very buggy in play and there were severe balance issues. Also, the short loli girls are only 1 race, so don't write the graphics off on them, the game is quite pretty.

I'm more worried that the game will be as shallow as aion was at release. Terrible balance + No endgame + Very little content + 100% luck killed that game for me. For a pvp game it pretty much had some of the worst balance I'd ever seen, and the pve was boring.

Aion's endgame content was farming guards (real pvp was a zergfest)
and Dredgion.
As well as a timed dungeon that 1/2 the classes weren't allowed to go to because they were worthless in groups.
This was over a year after it was released in Korea.
The main problem was that it was a PVP game with no balance at all.
As a cleric with a gladiator partner, I used to take on 6-10+ people and come out on top because I was nearly immune to magic and could keep us both alive.

It doesn't have to be complex dungeons or scenarios or something, but if you want it to be pvp at least make it decent.
Can't say much for pvp in TERA because the balance is so delicate and out of whack. Some classes are bad because they are hard to aim with or have awkward abilities, while others are just weak, etc.
