First time I've seen the fairy behind Cirno.
I've seen the one between Momiji and Hourai plenty in EoSD fanon, but I've never seen her in any game. What is her name and where does she appear? My first thought right now is the stage 4 midboss, but she is not named.

The fairy behind Cirno is Daiyousei, unnamed midboss of Cirno's stage, who also appears as a midboss in Fairy Wars.

The well-dressed demon you're speaking of is Koakuma, who is similarly unnamed. You've got her identity exactly right, though. I'm surprised: playing that stage I never had a chance to really examine her character sprite.
