I knew a fellow shut in who dedicated his time to turning his body into a killing machine.

Not NEET-ness but I was cured by another way. I used to be a fat, lazy and mediocre computer engineer student. Then I started reading Nietzsche. It was like: HOLY FUCK I HAVE REACHED ENLIGHTMENT NOW I HAVE TO WORK ON MYSELF. Then one year passed: I'm not fat anymore (lost around 45 pounds), started exercising frequently, I have much more muscle now (I've been going to the gym for around 10 months), I'm a lot less lazy and picked up japanese again (this time, I started and finished Heisig RTK 1&3). My grades became a lot better too. It really feels great.

I'm thinking about joining the kickboxing club in my college next semester to become even stronger.
