On a totally unrelated note, I greatly enjoy the pessimistic American war movies. You know, the stuff about Vietnam war or Iraq war. Hamburger Hill, Generation Kill, Platoon are all absolutely wonderfully delicious. I love the soldier banter and rare news from the world. I love that gritty realism and generally negative outlook on things in them.
