Personally I'd like to see a VN that plays with the fourth wall in the same way that Eternal Darkness and Earthbound played with the fourth wall. Have it support "Windows XP Only", or something, and then when you install it, it secretly adds a rootkit (uninstallable along with the rest of the software, of course) that causes stuff like the characters sending "SMS to IM" messages to your Pidgin client, adding websites that don't exist in the real world, having windows that refuse to close or ghost typing...
