Yeah I found it to be decent and worthwhile to read. I liked the loli's route the most, but there were some I didn't enjoy much.

>Is this VN even worth of reading?
Yeah.

Aoishiro is about a primordial entity slumbering in a sunken city, so dreadful that beholding it causes insanity, worshipped as a deity and appeased with human sacrifice. The protagonist is antagonized by small, amphibious creatures resembling a terrible cross between fish, frog and man, their master a lesser deity of his own, larger than the rest of his kin and hellbent on releasing the aforementioned sealed monster. Also at the center of the stage is an object of vast power emanating an aura of dread that can mentally influence anyone who looks or holds it, even merging with him to a degree, which the protagonist bears for a while and apparently seals away.

The events begin with a relative of the protagonist dying as a direct result of messing with the ceremonies of the natives. Despite warnings of another dead relative not to pursue the truth of the matter, the protagonist advances on, and is revealed to be innately connected to the dreadful events. Tomes full of indecipherable writing revealing the dark history of native practices and numerous references to real world mythology are also prominently featured.

Read it. I don't know where you got the idea that it was 'yurishit' from but you could even get away with saying there's no yuri in this at all; just a pure love between female friends. At any rate, go ahead and read it. I didn't personally think it's story was great but if you're interested enough to ask questions about it at least finish one route... Don't be so lazy as to just not bother with it at all.
