So, I've heard that Japanese students wear bloomers for their PE classes. This sounds absurd to me. I mean, even Japan wouldn't make its students put on poofy underwear for PE class, right?

I remember when I was in middle school gym class, you see up girl's regular shorts because, unlike bloomers, they didn't clamp down on your legs to cover.
