Why there is no route? ;_;

Cross Channel general.

Whatd does /jp/ think of this VN?

>> No.6800476

Your about a 1.5 years too late.

>> No.6800481

Agree I route need

>> No.6800487

I couldn't be bothered to finish it. Everyone was either an idiot or an asshole... except for Sakuraba.

>> No.6800486

Miki is rather cute. That's about all the positive things I can say about it.

>> No.6800490

Amazing VN, but not for everyone.

Sakuraba was greatest, he really needed a route.

>> No.6800509

It's beautiful.

>> No.6800512

I didn't really like it, it was too repetitive and had too much filler for my tastes. I can see why people do praise it though, it's definitely a deep game.

>> No.6800522

I only liked the pink haired girl, but the way he just pushed her a way in the end got on my nerves, she had the best route too ,and I like the stalker. everybody else was annoying.

>> No.6800525

I disliked most of the characters, the art and the soundtrack.
There wasn't much left to impress me.

>> No.6800528

>>6800525

What about Nanaca+Crash?

>> No.6800530

It's great game, I didn't read the english version so I don't know how good or bad the translation is but I still consider CC one of my favorite despite all the eroge I played.
Honestly I don't understand most of the complains I read about it in /jp/ but this place is full of chuuni/Umineko fags so what can I say.

>> No.6800540

>>6800530

The concept of differing tastes among people is alien to you, it seems.

Diff'rent strokes; diff'rent folks... haven't you heard?

>> No.6800551

It's funny how /a/ seems to unanimously love Cross Channel seeing their VN threads. while /jp/ seems to dislike it.
It's like I'm in some sort of bizarro world or something, what happened to your taste /jp/?

>> No.6800556

My favorite VN. I just refuse to talk about it at /jp/ as people hate it to death.

>> No.6800560

>>6800551
Maybe it's got something to do with the fact that most people on /a/ only ever read wanko to kurasu and yume miru?

>> No.6800561

>>6800551
Hopefully people complaining are just few loud ones not able to stop.

Also somebody post that list with /jp/ impression on popular visual novels.

And that's different from most fags in /jp/ how?
CC is pretty unique compared to most VNs, I don't why your opinion about it would change whether you played 2, 20 or 200 VNs.

>> No.6800602

I thought it was mediocre, to many repetitions, retarded fan service and i really didn't care for the characters except Miki and Sakuraba that yes, needs an homolust route. I feel like the creator had it in mind but it got scraped. Fucking cockteasing

But i can see why people liked it.. i can say it's not for everyone.

The ending was nice thought.

>> No.6800619

Liked Touko, too bad the author didn't.
Good premise and setting, too bad it's wasted because it's all about craaaaaizy charuuuuucterrrs.

>> No.6800674

Don't talk about VN's with /jp/ or /a/, it seems that everyone here still has a retarded quasi-/b/ mentality like this fucking mongoloid >>6800551 "hurr /jp/ is legion, we all think, act and feel the same way" so it's impossible to have any decent discussion about VN's because there is always some retarded piece of shit like him shitting up the thread with this childish and faggy 'elitism'

And /a/ is too ignorant about this stuff.

Just play and enjoy them.

>> No.6800680

A lot of people on /jp/ still think games like ever17, saya no uta and symphonic rain are pretty great, though.
Cross Channel is probably just crap.

>> No.6800684

>>6800680
Ever17 is mediocre though.
And /jp/. doesn't have good taste, look at all the fucking Umineko thread.

>> No.6800687

>>6800680
No one honestly thinks Saya no Uta is good.

>> No.6800690

It was a great trip into the mind of a deviant.
Personally I loved it, don't really care if some people here disliked it either.
Among all the VNs I read it's one of the few that really seemed like it had a "soul".

>> No.6800692

I can't help it. I couldn't think of it as anything more than Lovecraft fanfiction.

/jp/ is a good place to talk about untranslated eroge, I had some good threads about Muramasa or Baldr Sky and others, they are pretty accepting about moege and the likes too.
But the english only userbase is pretty horrible, I wonder why.

>> No.6800741

Everybody on /jp/ is an insufferable asshole. Not one of you has any redeeming qualities. Quit thinking you're better than anybody.

>> No.6800743

I just love how /jp/ calls a VN like Cross Channel shit, and then circlejerks furiously over Fate Stay Night.

That's like saying Kino no Tabi is shit and then proceeding to talk about Bleach. What the fuck.

/jp/ is no better than /a/ on this regard.

>> No.6800757

if people on the internet never stop using the word lovecraftian where they used to use more precisely descriptive terms by the time it's over it'll be too late

Yeah, that's certainly a good way to say it. It really does feel like it has a "soul," to the point that I personally really got into it and even felt almost empathetic at times.
Contrast this to the typical VN, which almost feel too "manufactured" these days to someone who's read many. It really does stick in mind.

>> No.6800886

>>6800761
The fact you got buttdefensive over Fate/Stay Night obviously mean I've hit a sore spot. Go back to day dreaming about how your Naruto with porn is the best visual novel ever written.
