I've been thinking about starting to watch Kamen Rider. I'd rather not start straight from the beginning and watch every single season/series, don't have the time for all that. Are there any seasons that are particularly good or are important to watch in order to not get confused in later episodes/movies?

Decade features a main character with the power to turn into other Kamen Riders from other series, so it may be confusing if you haven't seen those previously.

I've just started getting into the whole Kamen Rider thing after playing the games and am enjoying W and Kiva, despite being put off a few years ago after attempting to watch Hibiki.

You could of course just start watching OOOs, which is about 15-16 episodes in, so it won't take to far to catch up.

Kabuto, kuuga, Rx and Black Rx, blade, and Den-O are the best imo

Others are optional, you can pretty much get the basic idea of the first kamen rider by watching the 200X movies.

Each series is pretty much standalone. And yeah, watch Kabuto. Among the other recent ones, W was good, Decade was also ok. OOO isn't really that good, imo.
