How do I stop shitposting?
My life is so shitty ruining things for others is pretty much the only thing that makes me smile anymore. I guess I'm going to be called an idiot and retard sooner or later, and it hurts, so I do it to others before that.
I'm pathetic even by /jp/ standards. Suicide is not an option. I'm welcome to suggestions because I couldn't get out of this way of thinking by myself if my life depended on it.

Put your efforts into something else. Learn to cook or teach yourself a hobby. For instance, instead of shitposting, I spend most of my time cooking delicious food for myself. If I don't cook for myself that day, I usually don't eat. It's a somewhat humbling experience to go to sleep with an empty, growling stomach. I don't think many people go truly hungry anymore. I can see why people fast.
