Nope, it was stated in Kagetsu Tohya that the planet made them to resemble humans. However, the statements in the Tsukihime Plus Disk pretty much confirm that Arcueid has the perfect human body, since it is stated that Touko from KnK and Arc cannot met because it will create inconsistencies. And in KnK is stated that Touko wants to reach Akasha through the perfect human body, that's the only reason why she got herself into doll making in the first place. Unfortunately, Arc doesn't exist in the KnK universe.
