sup /jp/, hopefully you can help.

I'm trying to muddle my way through some handwritten japanese in an ero manga and I came across this: オナニー三味

I've double checked the image over and over to make sure I'm not missing a stroke and have the wrong kanji. Can anyone tell me what the fuck a masturbation three-string guitar is? Clearly I'm missing something, either some slang or some expression because this is totally out of place. I can post the whole text block if you need some more context.

I think this image is one of those touhous. If it isn't, then at least it's adorable which I hope is sufficient payment for my request.

When you know as little Japanese as I do, anything that's not typed in a clean font looks like chickenscratch. It's mostly the dark knots of ink with flecks all about that throw me since I'm basically redrawing them in the tablet pen IME whenever I don't recognize them.
