Hey, /jp/.

I'm looking for some good visual novels to play in my free time. I'm still very new to the visual novel world, so I've only actually played Fate/Stay Night and Clannad. I'm not only looking for those two kinds of genres, though. I'll play pretty much anything. I would prefer some romance games, but really, anything is fine.

I can't read Japanese yet, so any game that has been translated, and I can easily find the translation for, should be fine.

What does /jp/ suggest?

No need to play anything else, you've already played the two greatest VN's of all time.

I can't guarantee that any of those are good.

Awesome, I'll put those on the list.

Also, I should have been more specific when I was talking about translation games. I'm actually not too fond of "professionally" translated games by US companies, or any other companies for that matter. Fan translations are what I'm looking for.

Looks like the three of you agree on Tsukihime. Did all of /jp/ like it? I remember watching the anime a long time ago, and liking it. But I'm guessing the game is a lot better?

Added to my list. Thank you.

Tsukihime anime? That doesn't exist.

Nothing on /jp/ is never as good or as bad as people make it out to be.

I'll probably feel the same way after I play the game, which I think I will be playing first out of this wonderful list. I've actually had it in mind for a while now. I'm not quite sure why I haven't gotten to it yet.

They all sound like romance games. Good stuff. I'll start on those after Tsukihime.
