Move away from her, time your jumps, dodge everything. She'll eventually get dizzy which is your chance to finish her off.

Ah, thanks for the hint.
I just kept on running into the lower left corner and jumping, though it sometimes seemed like the bullets were disappearing before hitting me, not sure.
I know I didn't take any damage at least.

Well, there's a lot to polish up on, but I guess they can make this a fun game if they keep on working on it.

Took me a few tries but I finally beat the boss. I was really impressed with this considering it's not complete and that it was done by just 3 guys (from what their website says). I'm really looking forward to the final product.
