Espeically if you read her side story with lise.

Fal hates Lise at that point because she is what Fal is jealous of. She is kind and innocent with a pure heart.

Fal states that she hates that kind of person because she doesn't get how they can be like that while she also admires them, since they are the opposite of her actions.

Fal is a great and the most interesting character of Symphonic Rain, you shouldn't hold a grudge against her. Fal has a twisted vision due the hardships she went through her life and it's just natural to behave like that. It's your duty as her lover to fix her and that's pretty clear at the end of her route. She stops using a mask and starts to act freely.

I'm waiting for those side stories to be translated for a long time. But Phar is working on that shitty title instead so we'll have to wait until he's done or make another translator do it.

I wanted to play Symphonic Rain again but maybe it will spoil the feeling and experience I had when first playing it so I always stop when I feel like reading it again. Like, the experience will not be the same and might leave a worse impression of the game. Anyone else feel like that too?

I liked Fal's route.

Hell, all routes are fantastic and I can't decided which I like the most actually.

The thing I like the most in Symphonic Rain is probably the scenario. I love rain and living in a city where it rains all the time while frequenting a music academy with that feeling of a ~1940 Italian city is fantastic, something like a isolated place in the world.

I'd think that he was talking about the atmosphere. In most of the routes there's rain in your screen anyway, whether it really rains or not. Although, through suspension of disbelief, you wouldn't really mind being in a city where there's always rain and playing magical instruments with musical sprites.

This. I can get 30k+ in all the other songs but I can barely pass at hers. That thing makes no sense at all, the keys you press have nothing to do with the beat or the melody. I felt so weak when I used auto in her route. I can even play her second song, but the first one is just too hard.

Same for me. I spent like one hour trying to score AT LEAST with 5 lights up but couldn't do it no matter how, then I used the auto mode to make sure I would get the best outcome in the practice scenes. It was really disappointing since I thought "Hey I think I'm good at this!".

I'm really torn on it because
Torta had been dealing with holding her jealousy back her whole life, and was even nice enough to let her sister have Chris by hiding her delicate side that attracts Chris so much. I feel she really does deserve Chris after going through so much, even putting up an act and having the will to completely throw away her old life in order to protect Chris from getting hurt (though it's not exactly the right course of action, but she felt it was).

At the same time, Arietta just has one final regret before passing on. Her only regret is leaving Chris behind, and she holds on for years to push Chris into finding happiness, with whomever he wishes to find happiness with. She has no bitter feelings, she wants him to fall in love with someone else and leave on happily. It's only then that she's able to really part from Chris. In other words, I feel Arietta really deserves Chris as well.

Al fine was the only believable end (concerning Torta and her sister.), so I liked it the most. Going with Phorni's end was happy and cute and all, but I honestly just felt it was supposed to make you feel good, since all the other ends had such a melancholy undertone to them.
Writing Fay with her was so fucking cute. And when she already finished it, but pretend she didn't just so she could sing with you more My heart exploded.

I don't really like Fal too much myself, but i love playing her songs on free mode. ame no musique is by far my favorite in the game and it's fun to play as well. It's actually pretty easy to play atleast imo.
