Could you discover a dead body and keep your composure?

>> No.6591411

Yes

>> No.6591408

Probably not, the smell would be terrible.

>> No.6591414

no. if it was a female, i would pop a boner though.

>> No.6591415

depends on how fucked up the body is

>> No.6591417

No. My dick would already be halfway up their asshole.

>> No.6591419

I'm not sure I should answer.

>> No.6591420

It'd creep me out for sure. Depends on the level of mutilation or decomposition, but just being around a dead body is strange.

I'd... check if its still warm...?

>> No.6591426

As long as it's nobody I know and not a cute girl then I wouldn't be too bothered

fixed

>> No.6591430

Yes, and I have.

Went in to see my uncle while he was working (he's a mortician), and they had two bodies up on the slab. It was more a curiosity for me than anything. It's interesting seeing something that was once a living person.

The smell of a body is bad, but not so bad you'd have to puke.
The visual aspect would be the most shocking.

>> No.6591434

Just seeing it would be perfectly fine, but my sense of smell is so good.. it'd smell absolutely horrible.

>> No.6591435

yes, unless it's my own body

and what does that have to do with anything /jp/ related?

>> No.6591443

>>6591403

I already have, so yes.

>> No.6591445

When I was 14 me and my dad found a car wreck and the guy had been thrown out and nearly torn in half, dad tried to stop the bleeding or something but he just freaked out while I called an ambulance.

When I was 16 I discovered a suicide attempt, but when they cut him down he survived with some breathing problems so that doesn't really count.

I kept my composure perfectly at the time but I'm on /jp/ so you can guess how my life went after that point.

>> No.6591461

I hope my parents can

Peaceful: probably

Torn to shreds/bloated from days of decomposition: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I spent about 3 years finding bodies under half the rubble we were turning over. After a while it was surprising not to find something.

Most of the time you can tell beforehand from the smell though.

>> No.6591487

Yes.
6 years ago I saw a friend of mine get stabbed to death, and I was about the only person who stayed composed.
Perp is in a state mental institution now.

>> No.6591492

/jp/ - PTSD

>> No.6591498

I was there during 9/11. I not only saw dead bodies, but I watched people die.

>> No.6591507

Yes. I have seen dead bodies before. When it was the person I loved I could not keep my composure though. I cried.

>> No.6591511

i reckon i could though it might be difficult

>> No.6591523

I'd probably think about how I could get the fuck out without creating too much of a fuss or getting into trouble. I don't want anyone asking me questions.
If there was no one around I'd probably just go on with my business.

>> No.6591526

Depends if I'm emotionally attached to the person who's dead.

>> No.6591530

Well I never leave the house so encountering a dead body would be pretty strange

>> No.6591538

>>6591530
Spoiler: you were dead all along.

I think so. I'm pretty sure there's worse things to see than a corpse. Imageboard culture has kinda dulled my sensitivity to all things in general.

If it was the body of a friend of loved one then it's a totally different story.

>> No.6591634

A guy crashed into the back of our truck the other day, he was on a scooter and didn't see us indicating. He was fucking screaming with blood over his face, I just stood there like a zombie lol. This just goes to show the extenet from with I've withdrawn from reality.

>> No.6591670

I slaughtered a cow and was cool with it.

Does that count?

>> No.6591696

>>Implying I haven't already seen dead bodies.

Not really that shocking, maybe if it was in the middle of nowhere or it had been mutilated like crazy.
