Most emotional scenes in VNs?
Pic related, the entire last chapter of Kirari's normal route.

On the verge of tears, Kouji continues to swing his pipe furiously. The monster’s slimy fluids fly through the air, joining with the blood already covering his face.
The creature extends one thin, trembling tentacle to touch Fuminori’s shoulder, then lovingly caresses his blood-stained cheek.
And then it stops moving.
Even in its final moments, the monster would not let go of Fuminori. It died joined with him.

In Cross Channel finding out who Nanaka was.
In Muv-Luv Unlimited when Yashiro said "You wouldn't understand Takeru-chan!" despite it actually meaning very little.
In Sharin no Kuni, Yuukyuu no Shounenshoujo when Mina puts up her last resistance
Al Fine chapter of Al Fine and Torta's true ending. Now that I think of it almost every emotional scene in Symphonic Rain was great.
I get emotional invested in VNs so most of the ones I read have at least something that floors me.

A few scenes of Alternative (pic related) and the whole finale got to me like a schoolgirl.
Planetarian got me on the verge of tears, hardly surprising since that's the whole point of the game.
Cross Channel didn't make me cry, but whenever the Taichi is broken/doesn't function well as a human being theme came up I felt a lump in my throat.
Same thing when Ati got her memories erased at the end of Inganock and when Archer and Shirou fought in UBW.
I think I cried on Tsugumi's end.

Isn't that the exact same reason why he picked up Muv-Luv as well? We don't see him doing "I'm going to tl this before I die!!1" thing like LoSs (who ends up not working at anything at all but I digress).

In some way Ixrec is similar with TakaJun. They both see the community first. TakaJun chooses best title out of unrepresented genre in the community (there is lack of pure comedy so I'm going to do Majikoi) while Ixrec chooses according to demand (vn community has been talking about Muv-Luv since the conception, it's the holy grail so let's do that).

Anyway, his staffs like the idea of working on more WAB series, so I see no reason why he'll stop at Forest/Sharnoth.

The worst ones in my opinion were Celenaria, which wasn't so bad but it could get tiring and Valusia, which was just eye-candy.
Valusia was the most different from Sakurai's typical styule, but was without a doubt the worst one, really.

Except he did Cross Channel exactly after saying a sentence like that, Alternative too (he went as far as to void his own poll for it).

Lot's of scenes in Baldr Sky got me emotional, mostly almost all Sora related event like her death, and later when she manges to say the words "Baldr Sky". And then in the end Sora&Kous talk and double suicide before they disapear. this accompanied with true end where Kuu comes and puts some sense in them and then the beach scene under the clear blue sky.. those all made me cry. Also most of the normal/bad ends got me especially Rain and Nanohas normal ends.
Baldr Sky holds the title of the VN that made me cry the most of all those that I have played.

Other good emotional moments where I cried were:
Ikusa Megami Zero: the duel between Serika and Astraea, hell the whole chapter3 of IM Zero is one of the most emotianal packed sequences that I have read from invidual VNs.
Also in IM Verita Lunas death and Serikas rampage after it
Muv-Luv Alternative: the diary scene.
Sharin no Kuni: Natsumis confession and the hug earlier.

Those are stuff that I remember out of top of my head.

One of the final sequences on Swan Song, where the vigilante corps clash with the other survivors and it blows into a full fledged massacre.

I'm not saying SHarnoth should be translated, it indeed has a fanbase that want to read it in English.
My point is people should stop tryting to misinform retards to pressure a translator to do something just because of hearsay. Every week there are people who are disappointed because something they know nothing about (subahibi) isn't getting translated.
Translators shoudl translate what they feel like without having a fucktarded fanbase telling them off or pushing them to translate what they want disregarding his plans.
For example, if I could choose I'd rather have Sona Nyl translated before Sharnoth, but I'm not whining because Ixrec hasn't read it and he's not doing it.
