If you factor in how the "faith power" works in Gensokyo, then you might theorize that Touhou's would be powerless OUTSIDE of Gensokyo, or at least operating at tremendously reduced capacity, and INSIDE Gensokyo, a human would find his gun had become some sort of fell and terrible weapon.

Shotgun pellets would vanish past twenty feet, and level mountains at ten. AK-47s would NEVAR JAM. The Desert Eagle would challenge the Master Spark for sheer destructive power, and any man holding a 1911 would become seemingly impossible to hit with bullets (either leaden or danmaku.)

And reloading? As fucking if.
