Not quite. Danmaku is unique to the individual, even if one person can inspire another.

For example, Marisa uses an artifact to emulate Yuuka's natural Master Spark; if Reimu used the same artifact, the effect would be different because Reimu wasn't terribly impressed by Master Spark.
