Well, considering that most Japanese wear Western clothing or some kind of adapted form of it, obviously Western.

Yukatas etc aren't all that sexy. Pretty, but not sexy. Cheongsams are also pretty nice, but really when they're going up against things like sports jackets, leather coats, miniskirts and thigh-highs.. yeah, sorry, nice try, but West wins hard.
