Hey /jp/.
I want to get a figure, but I don't want to spend more than $40.
Does anyone know a place where I can find them?

Also, do I paint them myself or what? This is my first time, so be gentle.

Any decent figure costs at least $200

Don't care if it's decent, I just want one.
I just want to know what it's like to have one, really.

Shipping will usually be over $20. Some smaller figs like nendoroids sell for $30ish, so the bare minimum you're looking at is $50+.

There are cheaper figures, mostly trading figs, but they look like shit, so save your money.

I meant $40 for the figure, shipping be damned.

Are there at least any sites I should look into?

Do you want to be a fag?

AmiAmi is probably your best bet. They have really good prices. As far as figures go, you might want to look into the figma series, since they're rather cheap and of decent quality.

That might be part of it, yes.

http://amiami.jp/shop?set=english

It's generally considered the best site for buying figures.
