I couldn't watch Disappearance without crying for quite a long time.

I can't really think of anything else quite like it. There are a lot of dark story songs but they're always more on the grotesque side than anything that would produce an emotional response. Hello, Planet would be sad if the music itself wasn't so upbeat, and the same goes for Rolling Girl and Saihate. When the First Love Ends is vague but quite emotional (especially the Project Diva PV showing her at the train station).
