Why do people like Reisen more than Tewi?

Do I really look like I need to give any reisen why she's better?

Her personality isn't as vibrant as Tewi's, but her cool powers, utterly strange history, and of course sex appeal apparently compensate for that and hence she's more popular.

They're both good Touhous overall honestly, I've got nothing against either of them.
