Some men, and I know because I'm one of them, don't care nearly as much about the breasts as other men. Just about everything can be a fetish, even most "normal" things and all not so usual/"normal" things. What is the definition of a fetish? If it's just a turn-on, or something can cause sexual arousal, it can just be anything. Sexual arousal usually results either from physiological reasons or psychological ones (such as emotional memories), and for the latter category, there can be countless such reasons for sexual arousal, thus most people are susceptible to countless "fetishes", I think the word itself mostly loses its meaning - I'd imagine something would be wrong in a sense if someone didn't have any (would such a person be asexual?).

The whole legs / feet / thighs thing is pretty much a cold climate or conservative demographic phenomena. I.E. people who live in places where there are not man women wearing short shorts or miniskirts and sandals, they tend to have more foot / leg fetishes because they associate those parts of a woman's body with intimate or private situations.

I know this because I moved from a warm place (San Diego) with schools that did not have dress codes (girls in string tops and ultra short shorts) to a place that is cold (Spokane) and has a very christian / conservative demographic (loose jeans and something warm / functional / unattractive on top).

My understanding of the term is that it's some charactertistic that can cause sexual arousal in an individual, in which case, the reasons for this can be all knids of early (and later) emotional memories throughout the life of the adult, or other indirect consequences of the thought process. I don't even think that people who share one fetish even do share that SAME fetish, they share it within some range which is determined by complex though processes, which themselves are influenced directly through memories and indirectly through genetics.
