guys how do I open teh portal to gensokyo again

You don't open a fucking "portal" to Gensokyo, you idiot. Unless you're a stronger fucking magus than Yukari Fucking Yakumo, you're not going to rip a hole in the motherfucking strongest Boundary spell in existence.

You need to find a NATURAL weak-point where the Boundary fluctuates, sucking things in, out, and things out, in. Typically this is found at a point of collision where Dreams and Reality collide.

But I'm saying this to an idiot. Like you could ever even detect a location where dream interface ratio exceeds 1:100.

The Perfect Cherry Blossom opening text says that the boundary was pretty weak and it allowed both humans and youkai to pass through. It also said Youkai strengthen it to stop humans from entering, though.

Or you could just determine the Littermann-Morris index for local fluctuation of physical constants at various points along the border and pinpoint regions in which that value is highest. It's a pain to set up all the tests, but specialized equipment exists to automate them. It's expensive and a pain to calibrate correctly, though. I'm told the Japanese government has a list of coordinates for these locations, though, if you can find the right official to bribe.
