The part about being short is actually true. Compare the height of north and south korea and while north koreans are still quite diminuitive, the average height of a south korean is only about 1 inch less than an American.

Well, a nutritious and good diet actually can affect height through generations, but I'm not so sure about skin colour and the hair colour thing sounds like bullshit.
And even if they'd eat McDonalds for a thousand year they wouldn't get any healthier from that shit and that's the important thing.
I can't even understand how could people eat those burgers, I literally vomitted them out every time.
