Because they are poor. They cant afford good computers or monitors. Hell, they cant even identify buds on a loli and there for cant define DFC. 90% of them couldnt even run Lovedeath 4.

I have a shitty laptop that can barely run 3D custom girl without overheating and exploding. My eyesight is getting so crappy I can barely read the tiny screen anymore.
