i played ever 17 for 3 hours and that shit made me
almost go CRAZY of Bordon (i played as the kid)

Having played it after other games that cover similar themes, I found it rather overrated. On the other hand, it was released way back in 2001, and set standards for the genre in a number of ways, so I can see why people who played it back then would give it high praise.

Even now, for some who is new to the genre, it would probably be quite enjoyable, but for the rest of us, it doesn't live up to the hype.
