1.Kanako would stay on the mountain, suwako would move to the former Hakurei shrine as its new goddess.
2.SWR- An earthquake leveling the shrine of an earth goddess? haha, no. Suwako would notice Tenshi attampt and would send Reimu and Sanae to dispatch of her. Would be a normal touhou game, with Yukari as an ex again.
3. SA- Neither Reimu nor Marisa would go underground to tame the crow. Don't ask me why, something about a butterfly flapping his wings, and also about the fact that patchouli was not affected enough by SWR to make a move, and that Yukari is tired after being an ex again and went to sleep. Either way, Ukoo made her way to the surface and caused quite a havoc before Reimu, Sanae and Marisa hushed her.

4. Due to a massive loss of faith after the events of SA, Reimu will be kicked from the Moriya shrine. She will be replaced by her life long rival Marisa, who use magic instead of fate, and who always sought to best Reimu. Reimu herself will be reduced to doing cheeky work, like scavenging, at what would remain from the human population of Gensokyo.
5. UFO- only two playables- Sanae and Marisa. Since both work for the same shrine, you won't be hearing from Byakuren again. Reimu is not a virgin anymore at this point.
6. 12.3- Would be the same, only on sanae route, instead of fighting Reimu, you would fight Aya who followed Sanae because she smelled a scoop.

7. DS- This won't be another STB, but rather a normal game, as Sanae and Marisa raid the tengu territory because of some pantyshots that are now in Hatate possession. Reimu is now a maid in the SDM.
8.FW - Rather than Cirno against the 3 mischevious fairies, the 4 of them would be playable in a normal danmaku game, where Cirno has the strongest shots and Star has the smallest hitbox (Don't bother to pick Luna- she is useless). The game plot? the gods had enough of the fairies pranks and decided to put them in order. A small group rebelled, and the four fairies are the leaders of that group.
Punchline: Yukari: 'Just as planned'.

4. UFO- Not much change there. Sure, Reimu's ending would turn a little worse for Byakuren, but Marisa's ending is the cannon. But due to the butterfly effect, Sakuya would also be playable in this one.
5. 12.3- After the events of SA, the underground projects ware aborted, so UTSUHO would not appear in this game. Rather, the goddesses decided to dedicate their resources to other, more promising residents of gensokyo- the moon rabbits. in 12.3, the constructions of a REAL robot is done in Eientei. Mokou and Kaguya are playable.
6.DS - I'll remain with the pantyshot plot from my original idea, thank you very much.
7. FW - One of Eirin's aphrodistics (or whatever it's called) has found it's way into the waters of the great lake. Cirno is still the main playable, but gameplay is much more like the OTHER fw.
