The world it's going to dumb down arc, still, dumbed down Arc = 2x Gil's stats(using 5th war stats, those are kinda average), but Gil has too many weapons and it's pretty versatile, so Gil has higher chances to beat arc in this situation. Both of them can use chains, but Gil's Endiku it's just going to be a kinda resistent chain for Arc, no divine stats on her. Both of them can take down each other in one hit, Gil can't do shit about Marble Phantasm, Arc can't do shit about Ea.

If Arc summons Castle Brunestud, Za Warudo can go and fuck himself with his limiter shit, summon castle = 30% arc = Ex ran on every stats, this using Fuyuki numbers and 4x C rank stats(even lower than average B) already goes to Ex, this without taking into account "+" modifiers. so real 30% Arc vs Gil would be more balanced.

100% Arc it's almost like Crimson Moon, Gil's going to get raped so hard that isn't funny.
