I think the Earth Pendant is the lowest level, and easiest to obtain.

First, success rate lowers by 10% per level that you are lower than the recommended crafting level.

Silver Pendant = Silver + Iron using Workshop (Lv20 deco level for 100% success rate)
Then just add two of any crystal of the same element to that. The levels for 100% success are:
Earth - 15
Wind - 35
Love - 40 (only needs 1 heart crystal)
Start - 40 (1 light + 1 dark)
Fire - 45
Water - 58

So what was the point of farming in this game? You can do well enough without it, except for the odd item needed for requests.

A bit of info for those who are confused with leveling up seeds: stores will sell higher level seeds if you ship them. The best way to level seeds would be:

1) Plant an out-of-season seed on a tile. Make sure that the ground is at least normal and greatly/very rested using the magnifying glass.
2) The next day, hoe over that tile which should have withered grass on it. Plant your seed and grow it. Place some greenifier as well. The great conditions will cause your crop to grow in a third of the normal time.
3) Once the crop is ready, save. Pick up the crop until a seed bag appears (reload as needed). Ship it.
4) Repeat as often as you like.

+3 seed levels right there. I think 10 is the max since using lv9 seeds gives Lv10 crops and lv10 seeds.

I forgot the requirements, but there's supposed to be 10 or so. Most are just palette swaps of your outfit, but you can buy the wedding clothes and the swimsuits (which are effective even for your wife) so you can put them on when you like. Oh and there's also a full armor thing, but it changes just the 3d model, iirc.
