The culprit of episode 1-4 is Shannon/Kanon/Yasu.
That's all.
Kyrie, Rudolf and Hideyoshi killed each other in episode 3 and Kyrie killed a few people in episode 4 before being killed herself but Yasu still killed the majority and is still considered the culprit of Umineko.
