My hopes and dreams for using my 110Rt on my 2nd account are crushed. I just can't rank up fast enough. I spent all my money on Rt so I have terrible bots and can't beat missions on hard mode. Slow bots with tiny HP bars taking 50+ damage a hit just don't cut it.

The map editor comes with the JP client. The button for the editor is that pencil icon on the rightmost side of the launcher where you see news and updates.

All I could garner from the site was this on the side bar: Maintenance every Thursday 0:00 - 2:00 a.m. (PDT)

I suppose that would coincide with the day it begins if used to be their old normal hours.
