Has /jp/ ever bothered discussing anything regarding any of "Little Witch"'s work?
I've always found their games stunning and so... beautiful.
Though not being one that has learned Japanese, I can't really confirm the quality.

Still, I gave "Shoujo Mahou Gaku Ritoruvicchi Romanesque" a try back in 2004 and loved it.
Apparently some kinda new edition of it is coming out in June.

Video always makes me smile.

tl;dr - /jp/'s general feelings of Little Witch's VN works.

Post the torrent, then we'll talk.

The artist's art style is wonderful, though not well suited to porn. The fact he can put such an insane amount of art into each game though bodes for his speed.

Quartett! is by far my favourite of the LW games. It's also being translated by the guys that did ONE and Gadget Trial.

And a screenshot.

The dialogue bubbles are the system this game uses, rather than a traditional ADV-style taxbox at the bottom. It's an in-house engine called the Floating Frame Director, and also used it in Episode of the Clovers.

unfortunately, I don't think the torrent survived the 3 years since.
And the new one ain't due til June, 27.

Yea, I remember hearing someone working on it a few months back. It's really good to hear.
Wasn't aware they did Gadget Trial and ONE, that puts my heart at ease since I was assuming it was going to be one of those groups that cut loose in the middle of it all.

Quartett's neat, but really really short. You can finish the thing off pretty quickly, even with poor Japanese.

It looks amazing.

I tend to like concise, short stories (like Quartett and Planetarian) over longwinded ones (like Clannad) anyway. It's a matter of taste, so it's not always a bad thing for a game to be short.

This looks great...can somebody provide sauce for game/patch? Thanks.
