I'm here for the VNs so I'm a secondary fan of Touhou at best. I've played a bit of the games and read some of the official manga but not much. Suika controls density correct? Is that only her own density or density of anything?

Either way that's pretty potent.

Perhaps I should just look it up ... meh.

As far as I can tell she can control mass and composition as well as density; making clones of herself by increasing her mass, taking the extra mass and manipulating its composition into a small version of herself.

Of course, as with all touhous powers, her power is at least as much metaphysical as it is literal and its limits are pretty much governed by a drunk guy's associations.

Potent? Yeah, Suika is actually one of the most powerful beings in Gensokyo. She can throw black holes at you etc.

I'm not sure how controlling density can blow her up to giant size or shrink her down, but apparently she does this too somehow in addition to having a multitude of other derived abilities. She can also throw fireballs and generate geysers of lava etc and again I'm not following how changing density does this, unless she could somehow cause lots of sudden friction in matter or something by doing so. Although I'd relegate brutal fire abilities to her simply being an Oni, I'd think that demon lords would naturally have some stuff like that no matter what else they can do.
