Try Kikokugai. It's by Nitroplus too, kinda short, and action-packed. If it's as good as Saya or not is debatable.

I doubt saya would even notice if he acted as though she was half the size she actually is, she probably doesn't even have a reference for friendly human interaction.

The "Fuminori's sight isn't literally flipped just thematically flipped" argument is valid though, but that gets us nowhere since we can't trust anyone's sight.

Well yeah, there's hardly any concrete answer and it's just as likely none of the CGs are acurate at all, but it's an interesting thing to look at.

Showing saya right out in the comic was a terrible mistake, she wasn't nearly as scary as I imagined.

Agreed. It would be scary to see it in real life but it wouldnt be "frozen from fear" like I would if I saw some mutated flesh.
Well we have two versions of Saya now. However the strange flesh thing is most likely to be true due to that "he can see other dimensions" in comic and all. And she looks the same in CG. Id ask "how did her clothes got torn off when she got raped if she has no clothes but lets not go to that".
Its complicated enough as it is.
