Is the Yukari Vs Ran series part of the Chado Canon? Because I can hardly reconcile a Remillia who crushed Yuka, Yukari, Yuyuko, and Eirin, in combat while under a bright sun with the one who lost an arm fighting Wriggle and nearly died fighting Remiu.

Considering that canon is the word used for the official stuff of a series, using "canon" for a fan work to talk about the same fan work is stupid at very least since it still is fan work.

Chado has a canon. Wriggle VS SDM is directly a prequel to Koumakyou which runs concurrent with Kaguya VS Mokou which is after Yuka VS Yukari. And the Yukari VS Ran Series is (maybe) a prequel of all of them.

There is no canon in the world of fan shit. There is no need for such a word since it's meaning is always directed at what is official. You can't state that something fan made can be official even for that fan made series, since it's ALL fan works.

You can say his works have a sequel, but they are not "canon".
