Pretty well, I'd say, even though it's been some time since the latest release (0.093a). There's a LOT of content and maps on it though, so be sure to give it a try if the thought of having to install the Japanese RPG Maker RTP or something like that doesn't make you angry.

I believe the final version (which is apparently going to be 0.1, just like the original Yume Nikki) is going to be release by December/January, or close to June 2011 if we're not that lucky.
