Your example is absolute bullshit. Touhou, like it or not, is one of the essential /jp/ themes. Now, how is Saten /jp/-related? She is not a doujin character, she has no VN, she isn't the character of some obscure japanese media. No matter how you slice it, she doesn't belong here.

If they at least discussed the Index light novels or something, but they don't even do that...
