I usually take stage themes into account when "assigning" music to characters. In that respect, I must say that Lotus Love takes the cake as far as Yuuka themes go, though all are outstanding (with the personal exception of Inanimate Dream - I just don't care for it all that much.)

Unfortunately, I haven't really found any good Lotus Love remixes, though the Untouched version is so good I could cry.

As much as I like Zun's original and his remixes when I'm playing the game, there are many other arrangement/remixes that I'd rather listen to when I just want to listen to the music by itself.

How about some arrangements of 桜花之恋塚　～ Flower of Japan, from 稀翁玉? The two 発熱巫女～す ones are the only ones that I know of, and I prefer the slower version.

As a sidenote, it's interesting how when I first got into touhou, I didn't even get more than 1 page of results when I searched c-clays on youtube, but now it appears as a recommended word after "c-cl" is typed in.
