Yes, I think quite a few people here have played it, there were threads when it first came out.
It's pretty good, though getting the choices right will probably involve quite a bit of guessing if you don't know Japanese (it's straightforward enough if you do though, and the language is simple.)

God of Death is annoying as fuck. You've got a 3d picture of the school where you've trapped these 5 girls. They have different locations where they can be found at only once certain time of day each. It takes 5 minutes for you to move from location to location and when you arrive you can wait anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. If you're not in the exact place at the exact time the girls are there you'll miss them completely.

Oh, just a warning. Pink no Ayumi is 16 bit architecture, can't run it on my 64 bit Windows 7 machine. I had to install it on my old 8 year old computer running Win XP to play it.

Imouto Pet Premo was released a little bit later and contains different H-scenes. It also has the H-scenes in it fully animated rather than in the old Sakuranbo style, which is pretty good. I'm not sure about the plot in it, I only clicked through a little before I decided the plot wasn't going to be very much different and just grabbed a 100% clear save for it to get the H-scenes.
