I'm fairly certain you're trolling but I mean the meaning of a name is chosen more on the flow of certain kanji. There's usually a lot that goes into choosing a name, and especially lately the kanji chosen even for relatively common names have become more and more obscure. It's not intended to tell an actual story, though certainly there are names that do. We can observe similar things with English names, however unfortunately most English names are simply chosen from Hebrew origins in the Bible with little individually chosen meaning.

By the way, I'm sure we all realize this, but in a a naming context 子 hardly means "toddler".
