What porn game with lots of good sex scenes can you recommend?

I'll second Minna Daisuke Banchou. It's a fun game and very silly. Easy Japanese too. It's just very short and pretty easy. Choose girl, do her stage, play minigame, sex. Except for the babymaking, which is sex then minigame. It's not a pregnancy fetish game at all either, which I thought it was before I played. Childbirth to age 5 happens over a week (one game turn) through the power of your loli fertility goddess, and then you send the kid into battle with all your waifus.

X-Change Alternative 2 is actually pretty darn good and one of the few VNs where the comedy is actually funny instead of being the usual rehash of the same jokes.
Especially the mc is probably the best one I've seen outside of N+'s novels, he has hobbies, he has opinions and is actively part of the story, he has a social life with *GASP* MALE FRIENDS and it's not a mindless drone bound on being gentle with every female.
