Another thing is that 2ch/futaba doesn't care if people draw their memes outside of the board.

Whereas here we rage facepalm at anyone who so much as mentions 4chan on any other website (not to mention how we'd react to someone trying to draw some 4chan meme and posting it on their blog/deviantart/whatever), 2ch and futaba are just like "Hey, that's a cool picture."

Drawfags don't stay too long anyway. They want attention (why else would they post shit on the internets) and 4chan hates that. They get tired of the shitstorm that follows their every post and leave. Don't ask me if that's good or bad, but that's the reason why more elevens draw memes on their image boards.
