Good morning /jp/.

I received a book in the post today, and so I started reading it. I needed to stop reading it, but needed to save my place! With nothing thin enough to place in-between the pages of the book I had to ask Miku to save my place. Do you know of anything I could print off to save my position in the book next time?

tldr: I'm looking for /jp/ themed bookmarks.

I would do that but I don't want a bookmark that screams 'hi I'm the first image you saw on Gelbooru'. Bookmarks are long and skinny which makes finding a suitable image (one that doesn't slice anyone in half) harder.

>> No.6256303

What a coincidence, someone just posted this earlier today, it's exactly what you're looking for.
>>6256168

I also like just taking some small, cute pictures and put them on top of a long, thin picture in photoshop, and print them out. Among my bookmarks, I have one with kagamisip, meilingshock, and F.O.E.

What the fuck? Anime themed bookmark. Oh god, sure you are fucking faggot, just put piece of paper between pages when you stopped read. I can't even imagine how big weeaboo you must be. FUCKING ANIME BOOKMARK.

I never buy books so I just use the receipt/due date card depending on which library I picked it up from. Well, I guess when you do buy books you get a receipt or a packing slip of some sort.

Well, you could have placed a piece of paper instead of your Miku figurine.

I don't have /jp/ themed bookmarks but, with a bit of imagination, you can make yours with any image you like, photoshop and a printer.

WHY CAN'T I BUY YUKARI

>> No.6258931

>>6258738

So basically, there's virtually no difference, and one of them is 1/10 the price of the other?

Can't say I feel any sympathy for the "legitimate" makers. That's what happens when you try to take advantage of people's love for their waifus.

>> No.6258955

Most of the other bootleg figures look absolutely terrible. It seems like the craftsmanship is getting better all the time though. Not that I'm worried, but I really don't want the market flooded with bootlegs. People look at them and get the wrong idea, because they look absolutely horrible.

>> No.6258966

>>6258931
There's a big difference actually. Bootleg nendos tend to fall apart at even just the slightest touch, plus there's paint/scuplt defects everywhere.

>> No.6258983

>>6258955

The way I see it, if there are decent "bootlegs" out there for 1/2 the price or less, the original was way overpriced to begin with. A sort of arbitrage is happening, almost.

Scammers trying to sell you crap will always be there, but if the originals are priced reasonably, making decent quality bootlegs (in the factory next door to the originals, probably) shouldn't be profitable enough.
